Jessica grew up in Mildura, where her family is still based, before moving to Melbourne for University. Jessica credits her rural upbringing to her ability to connect with people and foster meaningful relationships.

After being admitted to practice in 2020, Jessica has worked as a family lawyer in boutique and mid-tier firms in both regional Victoria and Melbourne CBD.

She is currently a Senior Associate in Family & Relationship Law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) and a Master of Applied Law specialising in Family Law (M App Law (Family Law)). Jessica is an empathetic and passionate practitioner who strives to produce pragmatic and appropriate outcomes for her clients in all manner of family law property and parenting matters.

Outside of work, Jess can often be found at Pilates, enjoying a glass of wine with friends, spending quality time with her husband and keeping up with her favourite sports.

I’m inspired by my family and how motivated and ambitious they are in their respective fields and varied interests.

I relax by reading or having a wine with friends.

I’m happiest when I feel I have made a genuine difference in someone’s life, both professionally and personally.

When I was little, I always wanted to be a jockey (I am unfortunately 5’9”).

My big dream now is to build my career and be a successful and well-regarded Family lawyer in Geelong (and attend every Formula 1 race around the world).

My dream holiday destination is Barcelona (also to watch F1)

Highlight of my career so far is completing my Master’s Degree through the College of Law and being successful in my promotion to Senior Associate in 2025, so I can continue to grow my practice and support my clients to the best of my ability!
