Growing up and working for over 6 years in Geelong, Jessica knows the area inside out. Whilst she hasn’t yet ventured permanently out of the region Jess was lucky enough to spend 12 months studying in France and then in Austria on exchange. Jess has held a range of roles in Event Management and Partnerships/Engagement including tasks like: dealing with groom zillas, raising vital funds for our community, making sure race days and fashion festivals run smoothly, establishing CRM systems and creating successful engagement strategies. Jess is currently working for the National Disability Insurance Agency as a Senior Engagement Officer and is looking forward to moving into their new building in late 2018. Outside of work you’ll hear her on bay 93.9 on a Wednesday afternoon talking all things Gen Y.
I’m inspired by women in business who appear to manage high level roles, a family and their sanity!
I relax by doing yoga or watching a series like Narcos or GOT
I’m happiest when I’m on holidays, or with friends
When I was little I always wanted to be a singer, although I am absolutely tone deaf
My big dream now is to be able to take off a year or two and travel
My dream holiday destination is somewhere exotic with no internet or phone service
Highlight of my career so far was speaking at the International Special Events Society’s national conference in Sydney and their Student Conference in Melbourne
