Realising at the ripe old age of 15 that due to a lack of skill, fitness and overall talent a career on the football field would not eventuate, Andrew started look at what other options were available. Originally from a small town of 250 people, the move to Geelong for University was a big change. Since completing his commerce degree Andrew spent 5 years in public practice before landing a dream job in the Finance team at the Geelong Cats. Outside of that Andrew still fuels his childhood dream by playing low grade division cricket in the summer and having a run in the two’s during the winter.
Inspired by: Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. He’s worked unbelievably hard for his success, but in that success he’s still so humble.
I relax by: Having a deliciously cold beer
I’m Happiest when: Spending time and good banter with family & friends
When I was little I always wanted to be: Full Forward for the Geelong Cats!
My big dream now: Three letters. C.E.O
My dream holiday destination: One of those ocean villa’s in the Maldives where you can dive (and maybe fish) straight in the water from the balcony.
Highlight of my career so far: Getting a job at the Cats… Even though it’s not a player!
